NASRUL SHAHRIN BIN MOHD NASIR

Chief Operating Officer

Encik Nasrul Shahrin Bin Mohd Nasir (“Encik Nasrul”) joined the Group on 8 January 2018 and has been assigned to plan and strategise the moving forward direction of the Group, for the purpose of growth, expansion and good returns on investment. He was later promoted as the Chief Operating Officer on 1 April 2022.

Focusing his career on Corporate Planning, Restructuring and Mergers and
Acquisition, he has served companies and Government-Linked Companies in various capacities and was a Director in Teraju, a government agency under Economic Planning Unit prior to joining the Group.

Encik Nasrul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance from Middlesex University, London. He is the son-in-law of Dato’ Mohd Salleh Bin Hashim (“Dato’ Mohd Salleh”), the Executive Chairman and major shareholder of Gopeng Berhad (“the Company”).

SYERLEENA BINTI MOHD SALLEH

General Manager, Corporate Affairs & Human Resource
Aged 49, Female, Malaysian

Puan Syerleena Binti Mohd Salleh (“Puan Syerleena”) joined the Group as a
General Manager, Corporate Affairs & Human Resource on 2 November 2009
to oversee and direct the Human Resource & Corporate Affairs division. She is
responsible for the overall human capital and development as well as corporate
communication of the Group. Prior to joining the Group, she has served in various capacities as director, consultant and recruiter. Puan Syerleena holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource from South Bank University London. She is the daughter of Dato’ Mohd Salleh, the Executive Chairman and major shareholder of the Company.

LEELAWATHY A/P SUPRAMANIAM

General Manager, Finance & Administration
Aged 47, Female, Malaysian

Miss Leelawathy A/P Supramaniam (“Ms. Leela“) joined the Group as General
Manager of Finance & Administration on 22 January 2025. She has over 20 years of experience in corporate planning, performance management, risk management, investor relations and has led cross-functional initiatives enhancing cost savings, operational efficiency and transformation. She began her career as an external auditor before progressing into various leadership roles within a Malaysian listed entity.

Ms.Leela graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) from Abertay University,
Scotland. She is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a
fellow member of Association Certified Chartered of Accountant (ACCA).

NOR AZLAN BIN YUSOFF

Estate Manager
Aged 44, Male, Malaysian

Encik Nor Azlan Bin Yusoff (“Encik Azlan”) joined the group as the Estate
Manager on 1 June 2022. He is responsible for the management and operations
of KB Estates Sdn. Bhd., the Group’s estate and plantation wholly-owned
subsidiary (“KBE”).

He has served plantation groups such as Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK),
TH Plantation Berhad and he was at IOI Plantations Berhad prior to joining
KBE. Encik Azlan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioindustry from Universiti Putra
Malaysia.

SANTHANA ELWIN A/L VICTOR JAYARAJ

Solar Plant Manager of GBS Suria Sdn. Bhd.
Aged 52, Male, Malaysian

Mr. Santhana Elwin A/L M. Victor Jayaraj (“Mr. Santhana Elwin“) joined GBS
Suria Sdn. Bhd. as Solar Plant Manager on 1 June 2024. He is responsible for
the management and operations of GBS Suria Sdn. Bhd., Gopeng Berhad’s
subsidiary.

He started his career with Sunway Construction Group Berhad for 18 years
before moving on to consultancy and management line as Resident Engineer for Tropicana Corporation Berhad and Pedoman Ikhtisas Sdn. Bhd. before rejoining Sunway Construction Group Berhad as Project Manager for the Large Scale Solar Project in Gopeng.

Mr. Santhana Elwin holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Mechanical
Engineering from Universiti Malaya and also a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
